I’m going to ride my bicycle across this plateau.

I hit a plateau. Luckily, even for “falling off the wagon” I was smart enough in my eating to maintain a weight of 279.0lbs. I’ve gone for a couple of runs. I’ve played hockey a few times. It just hasn’t been the same.

I’ve been using the excuse “I’m too busy”. That turned into “I need more sleep”. That became “I don’t have enough time even if I wanted to”. That turned into “I’ll just go tomorrow”. Which finally became “meh”.

Tomorrow I’m going to put an end to it. The bag is packed, the bike is ready to go. I’m going to drive to the gym in the early AM. I need to do a run. I feel like I should punish myself and try to pump out 7k. I also don’t think I could do it. 5k is a must.

I’ll be biking to and from work again. Especially since I spent the money getting my bike tuned up and so far have only used it once!

It’s a race to 260lbs now. I promised myself an iPad when I get there. 19 more to go.
