Bouncing back.

I feel GREAT. I’ve only been back on my “diet” for 3 days and I already feel my energy and focus improving. I woke up without an issue today, have been more productive than ever & I feel GREAT! I hit the gym on Friday and I did not make it to 7k. I made it to 4 and a bit. Still, it was great to run again. I’ll be back at the gym again tomorrow morning. I am starting to read up on core body exercises because I think my hand will finally be able to pull its weight. This is where the transformation is really going to start.


My weight is also starting to decrease. Was down to 277.0lbs this morning. I’ve jumped over 280 on mornings recently, so it’s nice to be on a downhill trend for several days. The highlight of my weekend was having someone I don’t talk to often say “holy s**t Mike! You have lost so much weight!”.

It’s nice to be bouncing back.
